okay, i'll admit it: i may or may not have just made a small pot of strong coffee in order to stay up to watch my president on jimmy's little talk show deal-ee-oh. is it okay, again, to have a likable, smart, cool, thoughtful president yet? which begs the question (not really): while rundeep convinced me after a huge fight that it's possible to have a stupid supreme court justice (thomas), is it possible to have a stupid constitutional law professor at the university of chicago?
full disclosure: i had a professor at vanderbilt who was pretty much a fraud. no names, please.
